When Chloe, 24, jetted off on her first holiday abroad to Tenerife she was looking forward to sun, sea and sand – but then disaster struck. Just days into the holiday she visited a water park and fell out of a rubber ring on the ‘Volcano’ ride, slamming face first onto the slide. Chloe’s four front teeth were smashed up, requiring £8,000 worth of dental treatment. Last year, she was awarded £19,500 compensation. Her story was printed in The Sun today.
