Published today – The selfies that saved my life

When Jackie, 35, posted a no make-up selfie on Facebook to help fight cancer, she was encouraged to visit a link on how to check her breasts. She was stunned when she found a lump and doctors confirmed she had cancer – immediately giving her a mastectomy and chemotherapy. Jackie posted a series of selfies during her cancer battle to stay true to the snap that saved her life and she finished her treatment in December 2014. Her story was published in Woman magazine today.
